Updates to OpenStax Ancillary Resources

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving accessibility, some ancillary resources have been removed from the OpenStax website. These resources are being reviewed to ensure they meet accessibility standards.

Some materials have been temporarily removed while they are being updated and will return once remediation is complete. Others have been permanently removed and will not be reintroduced.
