How do I submit a support ticket in Assignable?
Submitting a ticket from OpenStax Assignable helps our developers gather the details needed to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Here’s how to submit the ticket:
- Log into your LMS (Blackboard, Canvas, D2L/Brightspace, Moodle, or Schoology).
- Click "Assignment" from the left-hand margin, then select the assignment where you're experiencing the error.
- On the right side of the screen, click "Help", then select "Report an Issue".
- Complete the form with a detailed description of the error.
- If possible, upload any relevant screenshots that show the issue.
