How do I submit a support ticket in Assignable?

Submitting a ticket from OpenStax Assignable helps our developers gather the details needed to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Here’s how to submit the ticket:

  1. Log into your LMS (Blackboard, Canvas, D2L/Brightspace, Moodle, or Schoology).
  2. Click "Assignment" from the left-hand margin, then select the assignment where you're experiencing the error.
  3. On the right side of the screen, click "Help", then select "Report an Issue".
  4. Complete the form with a detailed description of the error.
  5. If possible, upload any relevant screenshots that show the issue.
