Are print versions of the books available?

Yes, most OpenStax books are available in print at an affordable price for both individual purchases and campus bookstores. This help article will guide you through the process of purchasing the print version (softcover) of your textbooks as an individual or as a bookstore representative.  We will use OpenStax College Success as an example in the screenshots below.

Individual Orders

Individual orders can be placed through our print partners at Kendall Hunt. To order a softcover textbook, follow these steps:

1. Select the category for your textbook on the Subjects page on https://openstax.org.

   
2. Locate the book you wish to order on the Categories page. 

 
3. In the Get the book drop-down menu, select "Order a print copy." 

 
4. Click on the "Buy a print copy" button and this will take you to the Kendall Hunt website. 

5. Click "Add to Cart" on the Kendall Hunt website and purchase your textbook! 

Bookstore Orders

Bookstores can place bulk print copy orders through our distribution partner, Kendall Hunt, using the Kendall Hunt Order Form. Kendall Hunt handles all quotes, ordering, invoicing, and shipping; they are the best contact for related inquiries.
